The Grammy lineup has given us an early Christmas present by announcing the first group of artists scheduled to perform at the 52nd annual show, and Lady Antebellum is among them.
The trio will be representing the country contingent, along with fellow nominee, Taylor Swift, who is also set to appear. Other artists on the roster include Beyonce, Maxwell, and The Black Eyed Peas. More artists will be announced in the weeks to come leading up to the show.
Lady Antebellum nabbed two Grammy nods — Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group, and Best Country Song. The show airs live on January 31st from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS.

Lady Antebellum have only been together for a few short years, but this threesome has earned rave reviews and the awards to prove they have what it takes to compete in the big leagues. Well, they finally got their chance to compete for the crowning glory of music, recently snagging two Grammy nominations in the Country music field.
The group was nominated for Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group for their hit “I Run To You,” which was also nominated for Best Country Song. They compete against other fresh faces of country, including Jamey Johnson, Taylor Swift and the Zac Brown Band, as well as some veterans like Brooks & Dunn and Rascal Flatts.
You can catch Lady Antebellum live starting in February 2010. They are supporting Tim McGraw as his special guest on the road during his “Southern Voice” tour through the middle of August.
The 2010 Grammy Awards will take place at the Staples Center in LA, and will be aired live on CBS at 8pm (EST).
