Another set of Grammy noms for Lady Antebellum

Lady Antebellum is finishing off their phenomenally successful year on a high note. This week’s 2011 Grammy nominations were announced and Lady A upped their ante from last year by earning six nods!

Their smash hit “Need You Now” is responsible for getting all their nominations. Here are the categories: Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Country Song of the Year, Country Album of the Year, and Country Performance by a Duo or Group. 

Congratulations to the band for getting recognition in three of the top general field categories - that’s an amazing achievement for country music! But the competition is tough, with Lady A going head-to-head against some of the biggest names in music: Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Eminem, Lady Gaga, and Katy Perry, just to name a few. So tune in to see who will claim the final prizes.
